What HelloPros is

HelloPros is a marketplace that connects customers with independent local service businesses (“pros”). Pros are not our employees. The agreement for the work is between you and the pro you hire.

For customers

• Using HelloPros to find pros is free.
• Give honest, accurate details about your job and how to reach you.
• When you send a request, you agree that the pros named on the form may contact you about it by phone or text.
• Only leave reviews about work you actually asked for or received.
• If you pay for a task through HelloPros, we hold the payment until the job is confirmed done, as described on our Trust & safety page.

For pros

• Keep your profile, licenses and insurance details accurate and up to date.
• You pay for the leads you accept, at the price shown before you accept. Plans and sponsored placement are billed as shown in your account.
• You can ask for a credit on a lead for the reasons listed in your account (for example a wrong number, spam or a duplicate).
• Never ask customers for fake reviews or offer anything in exchange for a review.

Things nobody may do

• Post fake requests, fake reviews or misleading information.
• Harass anyone, or use contact details for anything other than the job.
• Copy or scrape the site.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. Questions? Contact us.
