What we collect
- The job details you type or upload, your postcode, and your name, phone number and (optionally) email.
- A record of your consent to be contacted: the exact wording you saw, the time, your IP address and the pros it named.
- For pros: business details, documents you upload for badges, and billing records.
- Basic usage data (pages visited, errors) so we can fix problems and improve the site.
Who sees your details
- Pros see your job first, without your contact details. Your name and phone number go only to the pros you agreed to, and only after they accept.
- Service providers that run parts of HelloPros for us, such as text messaging, email, payments and hosting. They may only use your data to provide that service.
- We never sell your personal information.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to stop messages from us.
- Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
- You can ask us to show or delete the personal data we hold about you through the contact page.
