How to choose a event planner
- Ask about licenses and certifications. Rules differ by state and city.
- Ask for proof of liability insurance before work starts.
- Get 2 or 3 quotes and compare what each price includes, not just the total.
- Read recent reviews, including the critical ones, and how the pro replied.
- Get the price, timing and any warranty in writing.
